In order to reserve an appointment time, we require that you put a card on file.  No unauthorized charges will be made against your card as long as you show up for your appointment or cancel/reschedule with advanced notice as described in our Cancellation Policy below. 

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to protect the technician so that they can be paid for their time and services in case you're unable to make it, and there's not enough time to fill the appointment slot.  In the event of a late cancellation/reschedule or no-show, your card will be charged 50% of the scheduled services.  The amount of time you have to cancel/reschedule is determined by the amount of time in between the booking and your appointment time.  Please see the advanced notice requirements below.

  • If booking is made more than 24 hours before the appointment time, you must cancel/reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment.
  • If booking is made within 24 hours of the appointment time, you have until 3 hours before that time to cancel/reschedule your appointment.  Bookings made less than 3 hours before the appointment time must be maintained in order to avoid the cancellation charge.
